Word wrapping in Matrix

I need help with the matrix and/or table visual in Power BI.I want to display my data as in the picture below. But when I turn on the word wrapping, nothing happens. I have tried turning the word wrap on both in the colum and row headers, and to turn of the Auto-size., but it doesn't work. All of the data is text. I hope you can help me. Thanks.

Please turn on word wrap under Values section of Matrix visual.
