Word Cloud with 2 or 3 phrases together

Hi, 

I have 2 columns, one for incidents and another for solution provided for each incident. Text in these columns are usually long sentences. Could somebody please help me to create a word cloud with 2 or 3 words (phrases) together?

I tried WordCloud 2.0.0 plugin with Word-Breaking "Off". It shows me the enitre sentences in the columns, not 2 or 3 phases together.  For example, in the image below  "Root Cause Failed" occurs twice. I want to club these two sentences together and show in the word cloud?

The visual doesn't understand that these three words belong together.  You may need an AI preprocessor for that.
