Word Cloud Visual Not Working

I just downloaded the Word Cloud custom visual version 1.5 and it is not displaying anything once I crate the visual.  The same occurs when trying to view the visuals in the sample document (WordCloud.1.5.0.0).  I am using desktop version 2.49.4831.521 64-bit (August 2017).  Is this visual compatable with the desktop version being used?

    Hi JLuebbert,

     

    The newest Word Cloud (WordCloud.1.5.0.0) is updated on 3/19/2017. So your August 2017 Desktop should support it.

     

    I have made some test in Version: 2.56.5023.1021 64-bit (March 2018) (I don't have older ones). The Word Cloud works as usual. Please refer:

     

     

     

    Then as you said that it is not displaying anything once I create the visual. What did you mean about this? Could you please share us some screenshots about how you define the properties of this visual? Or could you please share us some sample data which can help us repro your issue?

      Please see in the screen shot.  I have opened the sample WordCloud desktop file there are no visuals.  The same is occuring in my visuals.

        Please share us some screenshots about how did you define the properties of Word Cloud visual. And some sample data which can help us repro your issue. With current screenshot, it helps nothing.

         

        By the way, if you can share us your pbix file with One Drive or Google Drive. It'll help us a lot to figure out your issue. :smileyhappy:
