Won't let me connect from data flow to Datamart SQL Server

Hello, I am trying to connect from Power BI Data Flows, to a SQL data mart of which it is an outsourced company so I do not have the source database, but it is generating the following error

the connection string is similar to the following

I passed the same error when I made the connection by Desktop but giving them my IP, I let connect and without problem. in this case I am doing the data flow directly from the BI cloud, how can it be done?

is there a point-in-time IP that they must enable or a specific connection string?

Datamart is a preview feature. You could submit a support ticket if you encounter any problems.
