With new format preview applied can't set expression for page navigation action

I've enabled the preview formatting, and have set the action for a button to Page navigation.  You used to be able to set a dynamic expression for this, allowing you to create a table of pages, choose one to go to in a slicer and then reference this in an action button, but this facility doesn't seem to be there any more (it's still there for the web URL though).

Has this been removed, is this a bug with the new format pane or am I missing something? Thanks.

It seems that Destination in New format Action doesn't support you to add a measure in it.  New format is a preview function, so it should have some disadvantages. I think you can submit your feedback in idea   or this  link.

We will fix it in next update if there are many end users vote for it.

Currently, I suggest you to turn off this function and use old format as  amitchandak mentioned.

@AndyOwl , There is an option and settings to revert to the old one.  Revert and check - New format pane preview - Uncheck
