I have a Pro license, I share the report within my organization however every 2 months they be unable to view report which prompts them to upgrade to Pro license. They need to wait a few days only could view the report. In my organization, all have Microsoft 365 licenses and Microsoft Teams, why do still have this issue?
Solved! Go to Solution.
Unless all users have an E5 Office subscription (in which PBI Pro is included), they all need a Pro license to be able to use the report.

It sounds frustrating to deal with those license issues despite everyone having Microsoft 365. I remember a similar situation at my old job where we kept running into weird software glitches. We finally upgraded to Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2021, and it made a world of difference. Reports were shared seamlessly, and those dreaded waiting periods vanished. Maybe check if your organization's setup needs a tweak to fully sync up with Pro features? It could be a game-changer for your team!
