Windsor.ai GA4 user count

Hi,

Is any one using the windsor.ai data connector to export data into Power BI Desk top.

I am noticing a large difference in my users count between what I see in windsor.ai and what I see in Power BI.

Looking to see if any one else is experiencing the same issue. I tried all the different types of counts for my users (sum/distinct count and all of the rest)

Just wondered if anyone else is experiencing the same issue

Hi @Anonymous ,

It seems you’re encountering a discrepancy in user counts between windsor.ai and Power BI Desktop.

  • Please ensure that your data connection setup is correct.Power BI Instagram Connector - Windsor.ai
  • Verify that the data source in windsor.ai is correctly pulling the user data. Ensure that the data connector is retrieving the right metrics and dimensions.
  • Sometimes differences arise due to data transformations or aggregations. Check if any data transformations (such as sum, distinct count, etc.) are affecting the user count.
  • Confirm that both platforms are using the same date range for the user count. Inconsistent date ranges can lead to discrepancies.
  • Ensure that your data is up-to-date. Refresh the data in both windsor.ai and Power BI to synchronize the user counts.
  • Check if any filters are applied differently in windsor.ai and Power BI. Filters can impact user counts significantly.

If it does not help, please provide more details with your desired output and pbix file without privacy information (or some sample data) .
