Windows Cannot Access the specified path

Hi,

This issues started after updating to September version. When trying to open a saved Power BI report, while another is open, I keep getting the below error message. Any idea how to fix?

Please help.

@Omega , if the same file is open, close  one of them

Also, make sure no, windows updates are pending. if yes, install them first.

@amitchandak I'm not opening the same file but completely different file. Also, there are no windows updates pending.
