Hello, Jack here,
does Power BI run on windows 10 home, and are there any known issues? Or is it just better to run it in pro?

As I known, Power BI runs on windows 10 home, there are not any known issues.
The feature for Power BI supported in a pro version is also supported in a home version, so a pro or home version doesn't reflect use of it. you could consider which version to use for any other features.
