I use a virtualization solution like Parallels to run PowerBI desktop at the moment and just wondered if any plans exist to bring the desktop version to Mac? I know this was answered years back, but wanted to ask this again to see if anything has changed.
Thanks in advance @PBICommunity
PowerBI Desktop was not officially available for Mac. For the latest information on PowerBI Desktop's compatibility with Mac, please check Microsoft's official announcements or website for updates.
Please have a look - Power BI for MAC
There is an Idea out there but it is Not Planned in near future. https://ideas.powerbi.com/forums/265200-power-bi-ideas/suggestions/7546645-power-bi-designer-for-mac
Currently, I suggest you to try to install a VM with windows in your MAC, then you can try to use Power BI Desktop.
Best Regards,
Rico Zhou
