Helper IWhy the next level in the row does not appear?
Dear all,
I put G-L account number under N3. but it does not appear in my reporting. if i click on this "sign" below, i can see the G_L account _No.
Do you know why? Thanks for you help

Go to the formatting for that visual, expand Row Headers, and make sure the toggle is switched to on for +/- (also, keep in mind, they will only appear if you have more than one item in your rows).

Hello! This is by design in a Matrix visual. You can set the default view to be fully expanded, or rolled up to a certain level. This allows the users to drill up and down through the fields you have in rows. Once you click the hierarchy icon to expand, it will stay expanded if you save it that way.

No problem! Just expand it to whatever level you want and save your file.

but for my report, they dont have + in the front which allow me to click to expand.
