Why the amount is unable to show in numbers

Hi All, 

I have a new measure and the amount will need to be put into a card. But the amount is unable to show as the full number. What did I do wrong here?

What is the DAX code for the measure you are showing in the matrix?

@jdbuchanan71 , here is my formula. Even if I don't have Dax formula for this, it also no total value for the row

You just need to change the formatting of the measure.  The number is so small it is showing in scientific notation.

-1.96E-8 = -0.0000000196

However, I have values in my table but why the total amount of the column is zero?
