Why load by sharepoint folder , it does not let me load by click on binary load ?

Actually, there is no file loaded as per your screenshot. to correctly connect a Sharepoint Folder you need take the address only update your site name like: 

https://partner.onmicrosoft.com/sites/[Your Site Name]/
