Why isn't the drill to details icon not visible in my report?

Why isn't the drill to details icon not visible in my report? I would love to drill down from a pie chart or a line and clustered column chart. Is drill down to details available for those icons?

Could you give a screenshot of your visual fields? I just tried the three visuals on both Desktop and Service, the drill down icon can be seen as below.

Do you have a hierarchy in your data?  You either need a proper hierarchy or you can creat one by placing multiple columns into the visual
