Why is my URL Parameter not working as it should be?

I am trying to use a URL parameter as a filter but it does not seem to work. Here is a screenshot of the file in desktop:

Here is an image of the file in Power BI Service after I type my URL Parameter:

URL?filter=Table/First eq 'A'

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks. No 'First' was not the column name. It worked once I put the actual column name:

URL?filter=Table/Type eq 'A'

@HamidBee , Hope first is a column , I do not see that in list
