Why does PowerBI ask for credentials when refreshing dashboard

Hi,

 

Recently my company moved the SQL database and change the password to a datasource I was connecting to.

 

I've changed the details in the data source settings but everytime I refresh the report, it keeps asking me for credentials to the data source. How can I stop this from happening?

    If this is a problem in Power BI Desktop then you can go to the global permission settings and clear the permissions for that data source.

      Maybe you are missing some write permissions on your PC?
