    Hi JayTill

Do you connect to sql server on premises in direct query connection with power bi desktop?

Does "refresh" mean to clcik on the "Refresh" button on the "Home" tab of the power bi desktop

or "Refresh now" or "Schedule Refresh"  on  power bi service?

    Was the refresh successful before?

    Best Regards

    Maggie
