Why data label not showing? ( A warning sign next to the data label editor)

Hi,

I cannot dispaly the data label in the bar chart... It shows a "warning" sign next to the data label editor.

My value field is a numeric data type...  Any idea?

It should display a warning message when you put your mouse on it. What is it?
