Why are the options in the report settings in my Power BI Desktop limited?

Hello everyone!

I wanted to change the format of the data export from the visual tables in the reports, but the report settings are limited to only 2 options in my BI.

I saw screenshots of other users where they can set a lot more options, including my export format issue...

Do I need some special user rights see other options?

Can please somebody help me?

This dialog doesn't impact the format, only the level of detail that users can export.

Looks like your Power BI Desktop version is rather old. You may want to consider updating it.

I updated my version of Power BI and now i can see the same setting options, thank you!

BUT: how can I export a table as excel-file?

Other users say you get asked which in format you want to export the data:

This doesn't pop up in my BI. I only can safe the data as csv....

Some Ideas?
