Why are all these Column Values exactly the same Percentage ?
Good Afternoon.
I am creating a new page for a new KPI to a Dashboard, and the Column Chart will mimick the Column Chart on previous pages already created. There is a DatesTable which is used by all the pages, since the month is taken from there for the X-Axis in their respective Column Charts.
However, after building this new KPI's page the Columns in the Column Chart values are all exactly the same % for each month, in spite that the relationship between the new KPI's Data Table with the (common) DatesTable appears to be no different than the relationship previous KPIs Data Table with the very same DatesTable.
There are three tables used:
1. DatesTable (Used in all pages).
2. Field Parameter which calculates the values used for for the Y-Axis (Bottom Left). There are no relationships between itself and the other two tables.
3. New KPI Data Table (Bottom Right).
Here are the Table relationships of the new KPI:
An example of the relationships between Tables of a previous KPI is as follows (let's call it KPIWorking😞
KPIWorking has Table relationships no different structure than for the new KPI (which has the problematic Column Chart).
I am using a Toggle button for the Y-axis, using the following Field Parameter:
I can't see any diference in the format for this new KPI Field Parameter, as compared to the format of the Field Parameter used in KPIWorking:
I would appreciate ideas.
Regards

Hi F_Reh
Can you share the measure used for the percentage.
Below variation of measure should work right[ This is just syntax , adjust it to your fields]
Sum_Metric = sum('table''[field])
Percentage =
Divide(
Sum_metric,
Calculate(
Sum_metric,
removefilter('Date'[Monthyear],
0
)
)
Let me know if this helps.

Thank you, Naveen.
So the Field Parameter (used for the Y-Axis) is:
prm = {("Average", NAMEOF('Firsts'[Avg]), 0),("Numerator", NAMEOF('Firsts'[Numerator]), 1)}'Firsts'[Avg] is actually a measure as following:Avg = AVERAGE(Firsts[Percentage])While "Numerator" is simply based on a Column (not a measure) that is simply aggregated/summed by the visual itself for each month.
