Looking to do conitional formatting on a set of card visuals green if count is under a certain number and red if count is over a certain number. I have done this before however since the new update it isnt possible to do so the way I have done before. Has anyone come across how to do this sinc the update?

Few options are missing.
As a workaround. You can disable the new format pane from
File-> options & setting -> Option -> preview feature

What version of power bi desktop are you working on? What type of conditional formatting option are you working on? (formatted by rule or format by field value)
Can you please share some more detailed information about these?
