Why Date greater than is not working on Power Query (Power BI)?

Hello,

I'm running a simple test where I check if "SBQQ__StartDate__c" is greater than or equal to "11/1/2023," but it's throwing an error at me. I've made sure that my date column is properly formatted, so I don't understand why this error is popping up. Any ideas?

Expression.Error: We cannot apply operator < to types Text and Date.
Details:
    Operator=<
    Left=11/1/2023
    Right=11/1/2023

@Zack92 try this:

if [Your column] >= #date( 2023, 11, 1 ) then 1 else 0
