Whole database imported into one table

I'm connecting to SQL Server database. I have a weird situation where whole database seems to be imported in one table. Other tables are ok. I'm wondering what makes this behaviour and most of how to...

    This got fixed by entering table's Advanced editor. For some reason I had only rows 1 and 2 there:

     

    let
    Source = Sql.Database("SERVER", "db_name"),
    dbo_Target = Source{[Schema="dbo",Item="Goal"]}[Data]          <-- this one was missing

    #"Renamed Columns" = Table.RenameColumns(dbo_Goal,{{...     <-- and this one too

I think when you get data from SQL server, you select the whole database to load instead of select the tables to load.
