Whole Number Remove Duplicates/Group By Not Working

I have a dataset containing single column of approx 200k rows of equipment record numbers. The dataset contains unique values, but when I load the data into the model, I am only able to create relationships as if the table has duplicate values. I went back into power query and both removed duplicates (no trim/clean as these are whole numbers) and then grouped-by to make sure there were no duplicates. There are not; yet the result is the same when I load the data into the model.

 

I'm at a loss. Any feedback would be appreciated!

    Hi paulsnet1986 ,

     

    Delete and recreate the relationship and check again. Or do as ryan_mayu said use DISTINCT() function to create a new table and create the relationship then check. If the PBIX doesn't have any Confidential Information, you may consider to share it here.
