Hello,
I am wondering if I can track how frequent users login to/use PowerBI & which reports they have watched over a custom timeperiod (e.g. 1 year)?
I understood currently that we can only view the reporting now over the past 3/4 weeks and that we need to do this analysis on report level (and cannot do it in bulk) Is this correcT?
The goal is to understand which users really make use of PowerBI and of which reports and which users never login.
Many thanks for your help & time upfront.
KR,
Charlotte
Not sure if this is what you're looking for but in the PBI Service go to your workspace, click on the three dots next to your dashboard and select "View Usage Metrics Report"
This will show who and how often people have been using the report. 🙂
@Charlotte1234 , I think usage metrics can help.
