White Background of Visuals in SharePoint

Hi,
Is it to fix the background of visuals embeded in PowerPoint without changing the text in the original PBI file? I am facing this huge issue where I have 100s of visuals with white text and when I link them into PPT, everthing just disappaer due to white background.

Fabric Staff: If this is not available, please bring this feature, the outline is ok but why background color customisation is missing?

Thank you.

Hi,@mohammadyousaf

Regarding the issue you raised, my solution is as follows:
1.You can change the overall background color of the visual object before the PPT is embedded, which will also make your text more obvious:

powerbi also provides background color modifications for other locations that you can modify according to your needs:

2.Here's my final result, which I hope meets your requirements.

Thank you.

Hi @mohammadyousaf,

Follow these steps:

  • In PowerPoint, select the slide containing the embedded visual.
  • Right-click anywhere on the slide and choose "Format Background."
  • In the "Format Background" pane, choose "Fill" and select "Solid fill."
  • Pick a contrasting color (e.g., dark blue or black) for the background.
  • This will make the white text from the visual stand out clearly.
