Where do we discover the Q&A highlight?

Hi @amirabedhiafi 

In Power BI reports, you can add a Q&A visual by selecting Q&A visual icon from Visualizations pane, double-clicking anywhere on the report canvas both in Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service. In Power BI Desktop, you can also click Insert tab > Q&A. In Power BI Service when report is in editing mode, you can also click Ask a question on the top. Additionally, you can also add a Q&A button into the report.

On Power BI dashboard, you can type in the Ask a question on your data box to use Q&A.

You can also use Power BI Q&A tooling to improve the natural language experience for your users.

There is a settings icon in the top right corner of the Q&A visual. Is that what you mean?
