Where did the column measures go? Median, Count, Average

In the version prior to March 2023 update, one used to be able to right-click on a field name and change it from SUM to Median, Variance, and so forth.  I can't find where to do this anywhere.  How and where do I find it?

Now you right click on the field and you will see them.
