When trying to create measures the columns do not appear

I have Excel as a data source, just one table, when I try to create aggregation measures it works, but when I try to create datediff or switch measures the columns do not appear for me to create the measure. Could you help me?

you will need to use an aggregate function with your dates like min or max if you are creating a measure.

please share your code.

Could you upload a pbix file and give some details with the measures you are trying to create?
