When saving reports in desktop, I am asked to sign in every time, despite already being logged in.

I am signed in to Power BI on my desktop app, and everytime I go to save my progress I am prompted to login to my account, three times. This happens despite already being logged in and will occur even if I just saved and logged in again when prompted. As stated, the sign in window appears three times whenever I save a report.

I am using  Version: 2.116.622.0 64-bit (April 2023)

Hi @bvanabbema,

What type of account are you test? Is this a common organization account or some specific account?(e.g. education and national related tenants) They has some additional security rule that may affect the usages.

In addition, you can also check the network/firewall or tenant settings if they block the power bi requests or limit the account to use on devices which may affect the sign in operations:

Add Power BI URLs to allowlist - Power BI | Microsoft Learn

Understand Intune and Azure AD device limit restrictions - Microsoft Intune | Microsoft Learn
