When i publish report to web service , can i hide it ?

Hi All

Due to some reasons , i don't want some of the project i published , to be visible . it there a way to hide it ?

@admin11 for your requirement to work well your 1st step should be to create an apps

after creating an app you can see toggle button with yes and no ,yes to visible the report and no to disable the report .

Hi @admin11,

 

The button mentioned above is in a new workspace.

This is a classic workspace, you can select items to publish when edit your content packs.

You can set at the content list of the workspace.

And the you can update app after set it.

You should share your content via a Power BI App vs giving access to the workspace.  You can then choose which reports to include or not. See this article for more info.
