Hi All,
yesterday i got very important hints from @TheoC when we encounter error msg while refresh data from below post.

Hope some one can share some link , so that i can find out in detail where i can locate the file ? The issue share point folder i created only i am able to access , as i never share those file with other user. ( no other user can access ) , unless i accident delete some file.

Finally i manage to find a way to solve the issue , see the above post. now i know that PQ editor is very useful.

Please click the file->Options and Settings->Data Source Settings, you will get the following data source settings navigator.
Here you can see the location of the data source of this pbix connection

If you remove some file and those files are connected to your PBI report, you can not refresh your PBIX file and will face with issue but if you imported the data before removing those files, you still can use those data without refreshing or copy and past those data to create those removed files.

If you have updated the PBIX file and imported data to it before removing the file, then those files' data are still in your PBI file, and you can use them before updating that.
