When I add column, My table does not show any data

Hello guys, I´m posting this example that might be better to understand. 

When I add a colum, as below, my table does not appear the data anymore;

select the tablemy table is like that! Then I click on transform datathen I click on add columnn based on delivery data, to show me the name of the daythis is my database after that, everything is right so farthis is my database after that, everything is right so far
