    Hi 

    Visual Name - Line & Stacked Column Chart 
    or you can use Line & Clustered Column Chart

    Put Line chart as Step
    Turn on the Marker & change the shape to Box
    Use Datalevel for showing data top of line or column

    Line & Staked Bar chart
