Netrelemo , I am using power with Intel Core i7 8th Gen. With 8 GB RAM.
Check how much memory Power bi is taking. Also, check is there too much memory taken by other processes. That can one reason.
Increase virtual memory of the system : refer -https://windowsreport.com/memory-error-allocation-failure/
