This is a Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in Power Pivot.
Please refer to below steps to replicate this KPI in your .pbix file.
1.Create a PowerPivot data model.
1) Create some sample data in Excel worksheet. Add it to Table.
2) Add table to Data Model
3) In PowerPivot, create a simple measure, then, create KPI based on this measure. Save all these changes.
4) In worksheet, create a table visual, add above measure into visual.
2. Import above PowerPivot model into Power BI desktop. (File->Import->Excel workbook contents)
