I want to import varchar type data: 456_UY_567.
In "import mode", when I transform the data there is no possible option for the varchar type.
Which type of data should we select?

As @amitchandak said, there is no direct varchar type in powerbi, the counterpart is text type. To learn more, you can refer to the documentation that describes all the data types supported by powerbi.
