What means 'only rows that match the specified filters are visible...'?

I have this legacy , in roles I see the ReadAll_Admin role, where we have full access to the data, screenshot of it:

I have a few questions:

  • It says “Only rows that match the specified filters are visible to users in this role”, what if it remains blank like above?! What’s the default “visible” or “not visible”?!
  • I tested the role above and I can read all data, how is it possible?
  • What could be a reasonable case as the above: that is, where you leave all tables blank, and =FALSE() in one?

Hi @ovonel ,

Since you have Administrator permission, the options remains blank in your screenshot means that no row filters is applied and you can query all data. The "only rows that match the specified filters are visible to users in this role" indicate that you can only query the data based on the row filter when you only have Read permission and the row filter be set on the table fields. For the description and its functionality of each role, you can see the documentations below.
