I came across this icon in the fields pane from a tutorial for power bi created by Microsoft, but it doesn't mention anything about this field. I'm interested in what it is, since it appears to be an organized measure and organization in power BI is my biggest gripe. The "This Year Sales", Value, Goal and Status fields don't appear to be measures or columns, since if I click them I don't see the formula and I don't see them in the data view.

@Anonymous it is KPI they have created and that's why it is showing like this. You cannot create KPIs directly in the Power BI desktop, you have to use TE, check this video.
