What is the right approach for SharePoint folder load

Hi All

 

I put all my PBI raw data at share point , i have create many Team site , because each of the site i use for keeping similar file , for example

FS_AR refer to Folder for SERVO AR raw data. 

FT_AR refer to Folder for TDS AR raw data.

End up i have many team site and these team site appear at PBI web service. 

May i know it there a way that i am allow to hide these team site folder ?

HI @Paulyeo11,

AFAIK, power bi will list the group which your account has permission to access or managed.
I'd like to suggest you manage on the office 365 side to modify the permissions of testing groups or remove them from the group member list, then groups that you do not have permissions will be removed from power bi service workspace list.
