Power BI is the most popular BI tool by Microsoft. There are many Power BI video tutorials you can find here. You can opt for Power BI training courses to become a certified professional in Business Intelligence.

Hi,

Microsoft Power BI team have made a superb YouTube channel (https://www.youtube.com/user/mspowerbi/videos) and there are lots of video tutorials available from basic to advanced, you can pick the video from there and can learn at your own pace. It is up to you how quickly you complete the tutorials. If you want to get Power BI Instructor-led Training, then you can find MS authorized training provider in your nearby location and get trained along with certification after completing 70-778 exam which will prove that you have earned the required knowledge and skills.

Hi,

To begin with, I suggest that you start by looking at Power BI Guided Learning provided by Microsoft.

Since you are interested in learning through live classes, I would like to recommend Mindmajix online training which deals with fundamentals as well as some advanced concepts (POWER BI, POWER PIVOT, POWER QUERY, and Bookmarks Pane) with the help of easy examples. You can go through Mindmajix's Power BI training course curriculum.

Thank you

For me, most of these replies assume too much for a beginner (like me). And I'm someone who knows lots of script languages and is a power Excel formulas and pivot features user. I find free PBi information very fractured, incomplete, and often outdated.

just follow the official powerBI website guided learning you will find videos as well as documentation, and use sample database like adventureworks in powerbi desktop and do trial and error using that database in all visuals and u can even learn about the tools and options available in powerBI desktop through videos available in guided learning. working on excel before using powerBi would be really helpful.
