What is PBI RDL file for ?

Hi All

I have download the rdl file from web service . can some one share with me how to make use for RDL file ?

    PBI RDL File is used to constructed Paginated reports uisng Power BI Report Builder. You can created paginated reports for Power BI Service (using Per User Premium License - from Apr 2 , 2021)
