What if Parameter At Row level

I have a typical what if scenario like this

One of the key Table in the model contains data as

Location_Code	Responsive
A	N
B	N
C	N

Multiple measures are calculated based on the Responsive [Y/N].

User  wants flexibility to change the [Responsive] from [N] to [Y] for any specific location interactively for the selected ROW.

These changes need not be written back to the source, they live only for the user session. So not interested in WriteBack options.

Is it possible to update the table row dynamically ?
