What are the best practices for implementing row-level security in Power BI to restrict access to sensitive data based on user roles?
Hello Power BI Community,
I'm currently exploring the implementation of row-level security in Power BI to ensure data privacy and confidentiality. Could you please share the best practices and recommended approaches for implementing row-level security in Power BI to restrict access to sensitive data based on user roles? I'm particularly interested in understanding how to set up security roles, manage permissions, and ensure smooth data access control while maintaining optimal performance in Power BI.
Your insights and experiences would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your valuable assistance.
Best regards,
Manoj Prabhakar

Hi @manoj_0911
The most flexible way to manage the roles and their access is to use a dynamic RLS which deals not only with the users but with the organizational hierarchies.
