Had a report by a user today that, when clicking on a measure or field to add to a visual, on Power BI Service, the data navigation bar would snap up to the top. I found it weird and checked for myself:
I have a distinct memory of this not working like this before. Is it a recent bug?

@dlopesc04 , Based on what I got. When you add a new field to the visual, it always tries to show new data from the top and that is why it scrolls. It happens on a desktop too.
Seem like user is adding a not summarized column and the number of rows is increasing
@amitchandak Thanks for answering!
This definitely does *not* happen on desktop:
Plus, when first trying to check the box the measure or field is not added to the visual, only the snap up occurs, the user has to scroll down again and then click again for the field to, then, finally be added to the visual(refer to my first gif).
