Weight an average score by sample sizes

I'm trying to calculate a KPI score that combines scores from multiple surveys, and gives a weighted average score, weighted by the sample size of each survey.

 

In Excel I've been doing this easily with a simple formula like this =((C8*C6)+(C11*C9)+(C14*C12)+(C17*C15))/C21

Thats the score for each survey multiplied by the count for each survey, added up, then divided by the total count.

 

The counts for each survey are different evey month, so it needs to be dynamic.

 

What can you suggest?
