Weeks going into another years.

How do you sort weeks in a matrix visual in Power BI to account for a change of year? 

For example if you are look over six weeks as below. 

I want the data to display, 

Weeks 50 ,  51,   52,  01,  02,  03 in that crononlogical order

and not as it defaults to which is Weeks 1,   2,   3,   50,   51,   52

Can this be done in a matrix visual. 

I also have variance measures for Numbers and % changes that will need to compare the weekly change from Week 01 vs Week 52. Can this be set up cronologially in a Power BI Matrix visual? 

Any help with both of these would be really appreciated.
