Week Start date = 'Table'[Date]-1*WEEKDAY('Table'[Date],2)+1
Week End date = 'Table'[Date]+7-1*WEEKDAY('Table'[Date],2)
Week of = FORMAT('Table'[Week Start date],"dd/mm/yyyy") & " "& FORMAT('Table'[Week End date],"dd/mm/yyyy")
