Weekly transaction count based on Id and status

Dear Experts,

I'd like to get some help on the project management pipeline.
My data source is like below.
Week1
1st Week.JPG
Week2

2nd week.JPG

Week is defined by Report Date.
1 - If the project code is from previous week and status is the same (e.g F002), I'd like to count as Week 1 transaction.
So, the week1 transactions are 2
2- If the project code is from previous week but status has changed (e.g F001),
I'd like to count that in week2.
So, the week2 transactions are 3.
3- If I select both Week1 and Week2,
the transaction count should be only 1 for F001(Distinct Count)

Thanks,
Kyaw Myo Tun

Hi @v-chenwuz-msft ,

  I am sorry for misunderstanding.
Week 1 will be count as 2 (F001 and F002)
Week 2 will be count as 3 (F001 ( because of status changed to "Proposal"), F003 and F004)
I hope you will understand my requirements.

Best Regards,
Kyaw Myo Tun

Hi @KyawMyoTun ,

I apologise as I am not entirely understanding, why selected week1 and week2 is 1?

Conditional 2, which 3 are counted in week2? F001,F003,F004?

Best Regards
