    create a calculated colum:

     

    KRecorridosP =
CALCULATE (
    SUM ( Table1[Kilometros] ),
    FILTER ( ALLEXCEPT ( Table1,Table1[Dominio] ), Table1[Fecha] = EARLIER ( Table1[Fecha] ) - 7 )
